    Session 1: This flowing sun salutation routine is practised on the chair for the entire sequence. It begins with connecting to your breath as you move into a warmup sequence followed by a series of postures that build strength.

    Session 2: The session begins on the chair with active stretches and then moves into a series of balancing and toning postures using the chair as a stable prop.
